It has been a busy few weeks down at Wangaratta with the club getting prepared for the new season. Here is just a short recap of what is going on down at Targoora Park.

T-BALL END OF SEASON. WED 28TH MAR 6PM.
Last session for this season. Will run from 6-7pm as usual. The aim will be a short warm up and then straight in to a full game, played with proper rules and outs. We will finish off with the slippery slide and some sliding practice, so bring along a towel and appropriate gear.
The evening will wind up with some hot dogs and icy poles. So come on down and have one final game.
See you there. Spinner, Nathan & Kevin.

Saturday’s Working Bee a success

It was great to see plenty down at Targoora Park on Saturday getting the diamonds ready for the upcoming North Eastern Baseball Association 2018 season. The main diamond had a clean up with new dirt being placed around the diamond. The mound got an upgrade and the watering of diamond number two continues in earnest. The new surface on diamond one continues to settle well and there has been much work done on repairing the watering systems across the diamonds. A big thank you to all who came down on Saturday and helped out. Many hands did make light work.
